Casino Day

Here are some photos from the Casino Day that we held at the home. The residents were able to play blackjack, roulette and they could even have a bet on the horses! A buffet lunch was served and everyone enjoyed some non-alcoholic beer and wine. A fun day was had by all!

Growing Strong

A new development in our garden is that we have started growing our own fruits and vegetables. Behind our new gazebo, we have created a small orchard, hosting apple and fig trees. Upcycling

Pilates is back at The Lodge!

We are delighted to once again be able to run Pilates – it helps to keep our minds and bodies fit! It’s a lovely way to enjoy gentle exercise and we’re pleased it’s back!

A cut above the rest

Our residents love being pampered, be it getting their nails done or having a nice relaxing hand massage. A favourite part of the week for many is getting that extra special hair wash and set.

Pizza Party!

As it was the weekend, we decided to kick-start it, by ordering the people we care for a takeaway Dominos. Everyone was around the table enjoying indulging on pizza for lunch whilst also enjoying each other’s company, We had lots of laughs together and lots of full bellies.
