As we all know, pubs and restaurants have only recently been opened after months of closure and even now
things are operating differently in them.

Some of the residents have missed going to the pub and wanted to have a ploughman’s lunch and a pint of beer
or glass of wine like they used to enjoy at the pub.

So, we decided to put up the bunting and have a ploughman’s lunch outside where residents could enjoy
crusty bread, cheeses, pickled onions and salad and not to forget the beer and wine.

All the residents really enjoyed the ‘pub lunch’ and then we all sang along to some old favourite songs that
everyone knew. Everyone really enjoyed themselves.
It’s true – if you can’t go out, bring the outside in!
