The residents and staff had a lovely New Year’s Day here at Castleford. They had a lovely dinner cooked for them by Chef Seb. They enjoyed pulling the remainder of the Christmas crackers and had a good laugh at the cracker jokes. The favourite joke being “How does Good King Wenceslas like his pizza? Deep and crisp and even.” Castleford residents and staff would like to wish everyone a very happy New Year and good health and happiness in 2020.
