After the success of our virtual aeroplane ride we decided to try something different. Today we opened the gangway to the Caribbean Princess Starliner and boarded Castleford Cruises for a trip around the Caribbean. Guests boarded the ship and we gently sailed around the Caribbean islands. St. Lucia was our favourite island that we docked at today. One resident thought it was “beautiful” and another said: “wow, isn’t it fantastic here”. What Caribbean cruise would be complete without Pina Coladas?! So it’s exactly what we had! Guests on board indulged on homemade pina coladas and exotic fruit kebabs! One resident told us: “I’ve never experienced one like this before, it’s lovely”. We ended our trip wearing our Lei’s and hulaing around the deck to traditional Hawaiian music. Both our ladies’ who joined in dancing, have had a fantastic time. She said: “I missed out on a cruise years ago and today I managed to finally go on one”.
