Our recently renovated Chatterwood House nursing home now has 37 stylish bedrooms, an extended dining room with purpose-built kitchen, new office, staff room and reception and a brand new hairdressing salon, in which residents can enjoy a relaxing well-deserved pamper.

Outside, there’s a new wheelchair accessible sensory garden- this new area features raised beds, rubberised paths and attractive themed planting.

The home is celebrating the successful completion of this extensive improvements project with an ‘open afternoon’ at the house on Wednesday 21st March. Invited guests will include residents, staff, friends and family, contractors involved in the renovation, local community members and press.

Everyone will enjoy a homemade afternoon tea, live entertainment and a tour of the grounds. An official opening ceremony will be conducted by the staff of Chatterwood.
