Today, we have recommenced a Castleford tradition at one of our resident’s request, which is Cheesecake Tuesday!
We have made and eaten a salted caramel cheesecake with toffee popcorn and pretzels!
It was offered around the home for people to try and we had some excellent feedback! One resident told us: “this is really lovely, can I have some more!” and another who has requested ‘Lindy’s Cheesecakes’ added: “it’s one of the best desserts I’ve ever had!”. Some of the other ladies also appeared to enjoy the sweet treat and came back for a second serving!
