To All Relatives and Friends

We’re delighted to be opening our doors again to visitors! We know it’s been a long three months for you and your loved ones. As you can appreciate, with the threat of COVID-19 is still very real, it is vital that the re-openings take place in the safest and most practical way possible. For us, that means maintaining the strictest infection prevention and control measures. Here’s what you can expect:

* The first visits to be held in our gardens if possible, with one designated visitor per resident;
* Temperature checks, Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for visitors and strict rules on bringing in gifts;
* Booking system by contacting our Homes

Communication has been issued to all relatives with details of the above, with guidelines for what to expect on visiting. If you have any questions in the meantime, please talk to your Home Manager.
