On Monday 15th March, for the first time in a long time, we had the pleasure of a COVID-safe Environmental Health inspection in our kitchen. Rob and the team have
worked so incredibly well to ensure that hygiene and infection control standards have remained high in the kitchen and have been rewarded by retaining their fivestar food hygiene rating! It was noted that “the premises and procedures were very good at time of inspection”. A massive well done and thank you to Rob, Sophie, Rose, Jack, Rosie, Shannon and Stacey for their fantastic effort to maintain the five-star rating!
