This afternoon we enjoyed getting together in the garden to start our ‘Sensory Garden’ project! (We somehow managed to miss all of the rain too!) One of our ladies who is a keen gardener, has led the afternoon by allocating people jobs and encouraging everyone to get involved. The two men have been a great help to her, even though they weren’t too keen on the worms! The other residents have done a fantastic job of painting the tyre ready for a special project we are working on and we are loving the bright yellow paint they have chosen A few of the other residents have joined us to enjoy the sunshine and one resident told us she only came outside because “she heard Lindy had made brownies for the gardeners and had to get in on it!”
