Today we have made this beautiful Victoria Sponge! The two lovely residents have worked together brilliantly taking it in turns to stir the ingredients and, of course, tasting the mixture! (They both agreed this was tradition.) We have then iced and decorated the cake and then inevitably eaten it all up .The cake looked fantastic and it’s been given a 10 out of 10 by everyone who tried it
