With COVID-19 restrictions slowly lifting, we have been finally able to invite much missed relatives into the home. Braeburn Lodge is taking every precaution to continue to keep our residents safe, with family members taking an LFT test before entry and wearing the appropriate PPE in accordance with government guidelines. Seeing the delight on our residents’ faces when seeing their loved ones and holding their hands after so long, has brought tears to our eyes. One family member commented “It was so lovely to hold Mum’s hand today. The first time in over a year! She didn’t stop laughing.” Here’s to finally being able to make more precious memories in the coming months.
