The clients at The Orchard really enjoy their Sunday roast. The manager has made subtle changes to improve the dining experience for everyone, such as having vegetables served in side dishes with meals, and gravy served in gravy boats. In the mornings, at breakfast, toast is placed in racks and served with butter and preservative portions, to encourage independence and choice. The clients have given good feedback to these sorts of changes.
