Over Christmas, the residents helped to make some very tasty and festive fondant creams with the help of our activities
co-ordinator, Ann. There were three different flavours, including strawberry, mint and lemon, and the sweets were cut into
different shapes. These were then drizzled with white and milk chocolate, very scrummy indeed! These treats were then
given to the residents’ next of kin, as a gift from us to say Merry Christmas.
