The activity girls, Casey and Claire, had a wonderful, energetic, dancing session with the residents. We got the residents involved in dancing from their chairs, by encouraging them to copy us. We danced the Hokey Cokey, Superman and lots of fun was had by all! This sort of thing keeps our daily exercise levels up and keeps us fit and healthy.
(Although, we did enjoy tea and cakes afterwards… We felt we had earned treats!)
