This Christmas, Braeburn Lodge had 5 trees to decorate around the home, so with that in mind we got crafty and decided to make some salt dough decorations. We cut out many different shapes relating to the festive season, before baking them long and slow in the oven. Once they had cooled, we then painted them, adding glitter and embellishments. Margaret and Sandra really got to show off their artistic flair with this activity. We were also very grateful to Tracey, our wonderful hairdresser, who lovingly donated Christmas baubles with each resident’s name on them. Ann then followed in her footsteps to make baubles for those residents who are no longer with us, but always in our hearts. We would like to say a huge thank you to Cook and Clark for donating our beautiful outdoor Christmas tree. It looked stunning, decorated with red ribbon bows and twinkling lights.
