The Mountains welcomed Pete the dog, and the residents had many photos taken with him. Pete is a friendly, furry dog with a beautiful colour to his coat. Pete belongs to one of the carers, Helen, who owns a farm. He gets very excited being around new people and reacts well with the residents, and the residents feel the same with Pete.

When Pete is walking past, they immediately reach out to stroke him and he enjoys the attention and affection. He is a joy to have within the home as he brightens up the residents when they see him. Hannah, one of the activities team, also regularly brings in her dog, Harvey. Harvey is a very excitable Spaniel who always brings a smile to the residents’ faces.
