For this month’s relatives meeting, we prepared something a little different. At he last meeting, many relatives commented that they hadn’t had the opportunity to try the food that we prepare here. So, for this meeting, Chef Earl cooked up a treat; making chicken curry, herb crusted salmon, homemade chicken goujons, mushroom risotto, beef stew and apple crumble for pudding. The feedback was very positive, with everyone enjoying their mini feast. Lucy decided to get creative and upgraded our menu board in the dining room so that it is much easier to see and read for our residents.
