With lambing season in full swing, residents at The Mountains were keen to pay a visit to Monmouth Farm to see the newborns. With the first signs of a very overdue break in the weather, it was high time to venture out. As the minibus drove up to farm, the smell of the sheep hung in the air; everyone knew that they had arrived, including the lambs who were eager for their next feed! As the residents went into the barn the lambs bounded out to greet them. A real hands-on experience for our residents, who really seemed to enjoy the time spent with the animals.
