Recently at The Orchard, we were very fortunate to have a storyteller come to the home to tell us some amazing stories. Ostin captivated us with his wonderful speaking voice and clever use of words, which certainly conjured up some vivid images in our heads. He kept us entertained with a beautiful poem (told to him by his grandmother) and a Russian fairy tale with a happy ending. It was lovely to take the time to sit and listen to Ostin as he told his stories and it will certainly be something that we would like to include in future activities. We hope to invite Ostin back to The Orchard for further storytelling in the near future.
