Our first water colour painting challenge was very well received and continues to be a very popular activity with our residents at The Orchard. We have discovered some very talented painters at the home whose work has been amazing. Many of the residents expressed their enjoyment of painting and are very happy to take part in our weekly sessions. David Jacobs, Liz, David Wright, Freda, John, Iris and Muriel are just a few of our budding artists who have shown great skill with the paintbrush and have produced some beautiful work. Eventually, we hope to hold an exhibition of the work produced by the residents and to make some of the paintings into Christmas cards for the home. Watch this space!
