Magic all rounder Jack came to entertain us for an afternoon…He sang, played music, told jokes and did some tricks!

Linzi and Atiq went on a weekend visit to see Skenfrith Castle. We walked around the ruins and then walked up the river and sat down to enjoy the views… and our picnic!

Pat, Adeline, Evelyn and Evelyn’s daughter, Karen, went for a trip out to one of the local garden centres for some Christmas ideas.

Pye Corner is a favourite amongst many of our residents at Castleford. We always treat ourselves to a steaming hot cup of tea or coffee and a tasty cake, delicious!

It was a proper lads day out with Rey, Ivan and the kids joining the Applewood boys too!

We decided to get our residents to make their very own individual scrapbooks! This is so they can look back and remember what they have been up to during the past few months. Here, we have Margaret and Iris, who got in a real pickle with the glue sticks.

Alan enjoyed the day shopping in Brecon and then went for a pint in Wetherspoons.
