Resident’s John, Liz and David attended the local church at Ganarew for the Remembrance Sunday service.
A poignant service at St Swithins Church followed the laying of wreaths which our residents and staff from The Orchard considerately attended.
The service commemorated the contribution of British and Commonwealth military and civilian servicemen and women in the two World Wars and later conflicts.
Our staff and residents were very pleased to attend the church service on this special day. They were made to feel very welcome by the local parishioners and hope to return to St Swithins Church next month for the Christmas service.
