We like to make the most of the sunny summer weather here at Braeburn Lodge. One afternoon, we whiled the day away in the warm sunshine, enjoying a mocktail or two. We had a wonderful afternoon tasting cheese! We sampled a mix of 6 different Cheddars and Stiltons, with crackersand chutneys. The pickled onion cheese came in 1st place with 80 points, followed by the Tintern Cheddar in 2nd with 75points and Costal Rugged in 3rd with 71points. The people we care for and staff participated…
