We had a baking day! Joyce Thom enjoyed decorating cupcakes and RL skillfully made this beautiful looking shortbread, doesn’t she look chuffed! Here we have Barry, hard at work mixing the shortbread mix. Ros put some welly into mixing her shortbread ingredients too. Our Gina G tried making some white chocolate Rice Crispy cakes. Enid liked organising her cupcake cases on the tray. Here’s Colin, looking like a natural, mixing the milk chocolate into his Rice Crispy mix. It’s no secret that Pat Davies loves a Chelsea bun – here she is making her very own! Eva and Rhoda seemed to enjoy getting stuck in sultana-ing and rolling out their Chelsea bun pastry – you go girls! Here are the finished Chelsea buns, don’t they look wonderful!?
