We took the residents to our local military museum to see the artefacts and learn the history. They were very interested to see all of the things that were used and worn during the World Wars. We saw lots of medals, each with different meanings, as well as guns, uniforms, flags, etc., all displayed there. We even stopped for coffee at a local cafe afterwards to warm ourselves up.
