By popular demand and in screens near you soon, this week we have introduced Castleford Theatre! The audience were shown to their seats after presenting their tickets in the new and exclusive in-house theatre. They have all come to see “Joseph And The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat”. We took our seats and started the show. People in the audience settled down and thoroughly enjoyed watching. Colleen even recognised a few songs and sang along! One resident said: “oh I love Joseph! I haven’t seen this for years!” During the intermission the ushers offered ice cream, popcorn and freshly made donuts. The smell of the snacks and the authentic red curtains created the perfect theatre atmosphere! One of our ladies, who has quite the sweet tooth, loved her donuts and ice cream, cleverly created a wonderful concoction with the two of them together and went back for seconds! She told us: “absolutely beautiful, thank you very much.
