Castleford House resident, Mike, fancied getting busy in our kitchen, so he donned a chef’s hat, an apron and grabbed his trusty wooden spoon, ready to show off his baking skills.

Mike decided to bake some of his favourite treats – white chocolate and raspberry cookies! For quality assurance, Mike made sure he tasted the chocolate before staff cooked it, and he was the first person to try his creations!

Mike said, “They’re fantastic,” and had a real sense of achievement
