We had a wonderful afternoon tasting cheese! We sampled a mix of 6 different Cheddars and Stiltons, with crackers
and chutneys. The pickled onion cheese came in 1st place with 80 points, followed by the Tintern Cheddar in 2nd with 75
points and Costal Rugged in 3rd with 71points. The people we care for and staff participated – it was really enjoyable.
