We were all prepared to celebrate Chinese New Year. The year of the Ox. Chinese for lunch today. On the menu today was, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Chicken Chow Mein, Crispy Seaweed and some mixed hors d’oeuvres and it went down a treat! For dessert we had banana fritters with ice cream and fresh mango. To finish we all had a fortune cookie, the whole meal was a hit!
