A circus themed activity group session was held at The Mountains. Everyone was encouraged to hold onto a parachute and work together to roll the ball around inside it. We also had some fun with silly hats and wigs, balloon swatting, and we watched some plate spinning. The session brought people together, interacting and having fun and got people gently exercising.
