In May, our Head of Lifestyles, Amelia, completed her Level 5 Diploma in Leaders In Adult Care, and received an impressive distinction! We are all so proud of Amelia for all of the hard work and commitment she has put into her diploma over the last 18 months. Amelia shared her thoughts on her fantastic achievement: “I still can’t quite believe I’m saying this, but after 18 months of learning, 365 hours of CPD, 18 course work units, 3 hours of exams and plenty of tears, I have completed my Level 5 Diploma in Leaders in Adult Care with an overall grade with a DISTINCTION! I’m still in complete shock and so overwhelmed, but I am so incredibly proud of myself. This diploma was one of the most challenging things I have ever done, but I am so glad I pushed myself to do it. I couldn’t have done it without the support of my amazing friends, boyfriend, PDM, colleagues and family. Thank you, to each and every one of you”.
