Today we have treated both of our ladies to lunch out at The Star On The Hill, Llanfihangel. We managed to avoid the rain and enjoy our afternoon out in the sunshine whilst admiring the scenic views The Star has to offer. One resident chose beer battered haddock and chips for her main and then rhubarb and custard trifle for dessert and the other chose the chicken, white wine and pancetta cream tagliatelle for her main and banoffee cheesecake for dessert! Of course, this wouldn’t be a REAL ladies lunch without a tipple or two, one of the ladies said: “I can’t resist a G&T to go with my lunch”.
