It was a very strange Mother’s Day this year. Normally, we have countless visitors over Mother’s Day weekend, all wishing their mums and grandmothers a happy Mother’s Day. But sadly due to the lockdown, we were unable to have visitors. However, we saw the arrival of lots of cards, gifts and flowers and we ran a special morning session of FaceTime so that
residents could see their loved ones, and they could wish them a happy Mother’s Day. So although we were unable to have visitors, Mother’s Day was still a happy one.
