Our residents here at Milkwood House always want to get stuck into exercises; they are keen to do aerobics and other keep-fit activities.
We regularly run these exercise sessions, as it’s good for everyone’s body and mind; keeping active keeps muscle strength up and energy levels high, it also keeps the brain active. It has been proven that exercise helps with your mental health. It’s so important to keep active, especially for older adults, and this is why we encourage any physical activity.
