Nursing home raises money for infant school

Posted on November 12, 2015 by Milkwood Admin

We’re delighted the Petersfield Post decided to cover this lovely story.

Here’s the story.

Chatterwood Nursing Home in Liss has raised £100 for Liss Infant School. Some of the school’s pupils then sang at the nursing home, before Chatterwood Nursing Home deputy manager Rita Guy presented the money to the pupils. Chatterwood Nursing Home activities co-ordinator Maggie Knibbs said: “We had a summer barbecue and organised a raffle, and decided to donate £100 to the infant school. The school will then let us know how they spend the money.
