Cranleigh
We took a trip to Cranleigh. As part of our residents’ wishing tree, our beautiful Ruth’s wish was to visit the town she grew up in, to see the church where she was married, and to visit the cemetery where her parents were laid to rest.
That’s why we were delighted when Natalie and Sean were able to make Ruth’s wish come true. They drove through Surrey’s beautiful countryside, passing all the towns and villages she remembered along the way.
Ruth was completely overjoyed as the memories came flooding back to her.
Breakfast trip
We also treated some of our residents to a lovely breakfast at the Henry Warren Hall in Nyewood.
The drive through the beautiful countryside was a pleasure, with plenty to see along the way. Once we arrived, everyone tucked into a delicious cooked breakfast.
There was lots of chatting, laughter, and warm cups of tea—such a lovely way to start the day.
