Today we enjoyed doing some baking. We decided to make muffins, as this was the most popular request!
People who joined in took turns to combine all the ingredients by whisking it together. We also had a selection of fresh fruit, chocolate and treats for people to choose what went into their muffins!
Our most popular flavour today was raspberry and white chocolate but both our gents decided to try something new and added marshmallows.
The muffins turned out fantastic and the success of the activity provided people with a great sense of achievement. One of our residents thought the muffins were “beautiful” and even went back for seconds!
