Our sensory room has always been a massive hit, which is why we have continued to accommodate this for our residents. We provide lots of gentle lighting, an aromatic oil diffuser for relaxing scents – lavender is one of our favourites – and added the beautiful, calming sounds such as birds and oceans to make the experience as peaceful as possible. We also have the lovely Natasha, our beauty therapist, who visits regularly and provides relaxing treatments in group settings and one to ones.
