On the 12th of September, we enjoyed a wonderful boat trip along the Sharpness to Gloucester Canal. We boarded a charming canal boat owned by the Willow Trust at Saul Junction Marina and had a fantastic time gently sailing down the canal to our lunchtime destination. We enjoyed a delicious picnic before reboarding the boat for the return journey to the marina. It was a quiet and restful way to spend the day. We loved watching the ducks and swans along the canal, enjoying one another’s company, and the highlight of the day was the opportunity to take turns driving the boat.
