We had the honour of welcoming Michelle Clark, a serving Royal Air Force Air Specialist Class 1 Chef. Michelle teamed up with our cook, Khai, to prepare a delicious beef bourguignon for lunch, followed by a fruit crumble. The residents, staff, and families all enjoyed meeting Michelle and learning about her experiences in the Air Force. Michelle is also the founder of the Bordon & Whitehill Armed Forces & Veterans Breakfast Club, which Ronnie has greatly enjoyed attending. It was especially nice for Jean to meet Michelle after hearing so much about her from Ronnie. We look forward to welcoming Michelle back in February when she returns from her current tour of duty.
