Today we have celebrated St. David’s day in true Welsh style and baked some Welsh cakes! We put a twist on this traditional treat and used white chocolate instead of raisins, which was a successful experiment – they were gorgeous! We then created some daffodil wreaths to display in our home to commemorate this day!We have also displayed some daffodils, kindly sent from Amanda, in hand-painted jars that we created last week
