Every other Tuesday, we are hosting a variety of culture themes and foods from different countries for our residents to try. It’s a regular event that we’ve called ‘Takeaway Tuesday!’

Two weeks ago, we served traditional British fish and chips, along with pies, faggots and mushy peas – all served in fish and chip packaging!

More recently we hosted American Day. The menu featured hotdogs and cheeseburgers with onions and fries. We decorated the hall and created menus to mark the occasion.

Watch this space as we have Chinese, Indian, Nepalese, African and more coming up. Any ideas are great fully received.
