We, at Ganarew, with the rest of the country, have delightful memories of Diana, Princess of Wales, fondly known as The People’s Princess. We took the time to remember her life, and the incredible things she had achieved – not forgetting her role as a loving and caring mother to her beloved boys, Prince William and Harry.
A few thoughts from our residents on how they remembered The Peoples Princess:
Hazel’s thoughts were of a princess of sophistication and elegance – a true ambassador.
Pat felt Diana was, first and foremost, a loving, caring and natural mother to her beloved boys, Prince William and Prince Harry.
Betty’s thoughts were for the caring Peoples Princess who took the time to visit those who were terminally ill.
Judith remembered Diana joining the Royal Family at a young age, She blossomed into a mature sophisticated Royal, who was working towards to becoming an ambassador role within her Royal duties – that she fulfilled brilliantly.
