This year celebrates ‘The Year of the Ox’ in the Chinese calendar. For Chinese New Year, we decorated the home with Chinese dragons and oxen made by Margaret, Beryl and Sandra. They spent the morning cutting out the decorations before piecing them together and don’t you think our oxen look cute?
Night Senior, Ranie, spent time cooking up an authentic Oriental feast for our residents to enjoy for lunch, including a selection of dumplings, fried rice and noodles.
