The residents and staff at the Lodge enjoyed an incredible day out at Noah’s Ark in Clevedon. 

We spent the day looking at the animals and enjoying the glorious weather as we wandered around the park. As part of our day out we were treated to a delicious lunch, before exploring the park again. 

The residents and staff saw many large animals including elephants, rhino’s, and giraffes but we sadly missed out on seeing the lions as they headed for the shade as temperatures soared. 

Other animals at the park were meerkats, gibbons, some rather large rabbits and some reptiles. 

The day was a great success with lots of fun and laughter shared between the residents and staff. 

To finish the lovely day trip off, we headed for the ice-cream stand where we all had an ice cream to cool off before heading home.
