We took some residents to the Royal Mint where we learnt so much about the life cycle of coins and how much they have changed over time. We invited family members to join us so they could encounter a day out with their loved ones, with help by their side if they needed it. We even pressed our own coins which happened to be a dinosaur 50p press at the time as these get changed frequently. We all took one home as a keepsake!
