This year, five Christmas trees went up and were decorated beautifully by the residents. Two of our residents went out to pick a treeand it was the biggest one we’ve seen in our home. Residents and their families enjoyed a garden party with entertainment, food and plenty of fun.

Attention! Residents enjoyed exploring and learning about the history of The Army, at the museum. There was so much to see and do!

When the sun shone, our ladies made the most of the fine weather and took a trip to our local garden centre for a browse and a cup of tea.

Some of our ladies painted poppies to commemorate Remembrance Day – they really seemed to enjoy this creative activity.

Residents enjoyed a visit from our furry friend – and our woofy pal was very pleased to receive lots of attention.

We took a trip in the minibus in search of the perfect indoor spot for a cream tea. There was much discussion about whether the cream or jam goes on first – how do you like to eat your scone?

We had an enjoyable trip to the Willis Museum in Basingtoke for the special J.R.R. Tolkien exhibition.
