Remembrance at Castleford

This month, residents and staff at Castleford House gathered to watch the Remembrance service, observed a minute’s silence, and remember those who fought for our country. In memory of those we lost, we wrote personal messages on poppies and displayed them in the lounge, honouring our war heroes.

Getting creative with flowers at Castleford House!

Thanks to a generous donation, our residents decided to skip the vases and create beautiful 3D floral portraits instead. By threading flowers through drawings of vases, they crafted unique and vibrant artwork that now decorates the home. What an innovative approach to floral art!
