Painting is a popular activity in our home – here are some residents painting canvases with their own designs.

o today we harvested these vegetables in our garden that we grew earlier this year! We have grown potatoes, carrots, beetroot and parsnips and some more to harvest later this year. We also Explored our lovely garden and looked at the blooming flowers! As the Residents say? wonderful garden!

These residents are supporting Team GB! We decided to make our own Olympic canvas to show our support! It was great fun.

Anne’s birthday was very special. Her sister came to visit from London and we all sang Irish songs from her homeland.

Pam enjoyed her birthday, receiving many presents and cards. Two friends visited her in the afternoon – how lovely!

Residents spent time outside making clay models and pots. Before everything is fired, they will be painted.

Yesterday our residents enjoyed the vibes of a Cinema, we hosted a Cinema evening in our home! They were given popcorn, crisps, chocolates, milkshakes, and fizzy drinks. The residents picked their own choice of film which was Around the world in 80 days! This was such a brilliant evening! They loved it!
