The Orchard

 You can’t beat a cuddle from a fur-baby to brighten up for your day. We love welcoming animals into our home, as we know how much comfort and joy it brings to our residents.

The Orchard’s Christmas party was filled with all the vital festive ingredients: yummy food, balloons, Santa hats and live music.  Everyone had a fabulous time and there was even some dancing too! 

A very special milestone at The Orchard! One of our beloved residents recently celebrated their 102nd birthday with us! We love to make every resident’s birthday feel special.

Raising a glass to good company, great food and drink, and happy memories!  Our Orchard residents always enjoy visiting the Old Court Hotel, which has quickly become a favourite destination for excellent hospitality. Here’s to many more fun-filled outings ahead!

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our Macmillan Coffee Morning, and to those who kindly donated throughout the week for such an important cause. We are delighted to share that we raised just over £100! 

This local eatery is a firm favourite amongst both staff and residents as the food is super tasty and we are always made to feel very welcome. 

A number of residents had a lovely afternoon decorating salt dough pendants with watercolour paints. A decorative ribbon was threaded through their finished creations and hung on a display tree in the reception area. Once finished, the arrangement looked truly amazing, with twinkly lights to complete the magical look.

A huge thank you to everyone who made our summer party such a wonderful event this year. Despite a rather gloomy weather forecast, we all really made the most of getting together with family and friends.
